Welcome to Somerford Court
Somerford Court is a supported living service for five individuals, offering five studio bedrooms with en-suite facilities all on the ground floor. There are communal areas all individuals can utilise including a living room, dining room, laundry room, kitchen and a private courtyard garden.
The service is a close walk to local shops and the local area provides a range of learning and recreational amenities. Public transport is easily accessible enabling access to a broad range of community opportunities.
The high-quality support we provide is based upon a therapeutic support model. We have our own Positive Behaviour Support Specialists, Occupational Therapists and Speech and Language Therapists. Our aim is to enable people with complex needs to maximise their skills and abilities, maintaining a successful tenancy and live fulfilling lives.

The local community
