Set in the heart of the community in the large town of High Wycombe, Totteridge House provides specialist residential care.
Totteridge House has been carefully designed to provide seven spacious studio rooms, each offering a double bed with en-suite facilities. The contemporary-style accommodation has been fitted to high specification, maintaining a homely feel without compromising the robust and safe environment needed for those with complex and challenging needs.
Totteridge House will provide rehabilitative support for male and female residents with a diagnosis of:
- Learning disability
- Autistic spectrum disorder
- Mental health
- Complex and challenging needs
Referrals are particularly suited for individuals who maybe:
- stepping down from hospital or less-enabling environments
- transitioning from residential schools to adult services, or who may be coming from the family home
This service has been designed to allow residents the space to gradually develop their independent living skills under the dedicated support provided by Sequence’s 24 hour specialist care.
Residents have the privacy of their own studio room, as well as access to communal accommodation including a lounge, dining room, kitchen, laundry and external activities room.
With support from the dedicated team of support workers to members of our multi-disciplinary team individuals are encouraged to learn and develop both practical and social skills developing their personal care pathway.
