The Directors and Senior Management Team at Sequence Care have all worked in social care for many years. The Operational Team have all worked as Practitioners, Support Workers, Nurses and Managers in services, so understand what excellence looks like and know how to deliver the very best person centred support.
Our staff are well trained, knowledgeable, experienced, compassionate and committed. Operations and Service Development team
Our Operations Team work with the Service Development team to ensure the right service is developed and delivered to meet the unique qualities and needs of the individuals we support.
The team have a wide range of experience in social care. Some team members are specialist Nursing Managers who have supported acute and forensic services, some have been Managers of children and adult learning disability services and day services provision.
Together the team share experiences and challenge practices, ensuring continual improvement of the services they support.
The Service Development team support the referral, assessments and admissions of service users. They possess a wide range of knowledge and experience of working with people with different needs. They focus on compatibility of the service users, ensuring new services are developed to meet the demand of the Local Authority and Commissioners and deliver successful outcomes for the individuals placed with us.
We employ our own Therapeutic team, including Assistant Psychologists, Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and other Therapists and assistants.
This team ensures a holistic approach is taken in the assessment, treatment and interventions to meet people’s needs.
Our Mental Health Manager co-ordinates, monitors and ensures our compliance with the Mental Health Act, the Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards.
The Therapeutic Services team support our staff teams at each service and each staff team focuses on delivering excellence and exceptional care and support for those we care about. The staff teams ensure that positive goals are set and achieved, skills are built, maintained and lengths of stay are no longer than necessary.
Head Office team
We have a small dedicated team of professionals, based at our Head Office, who provide Training, HR, Business Administration and Finance support and oversight for all our services, service users, customers and staff.
