New Upcoming Residential Services

Oakdene House – Erith, Bexleyheath

We have developed a new service in the heart of the local community, which is easily accessible to local educations centres and leisure facilities and been designed to:

  • Support adults who may be coming through from transition services (such as schools) who require a robust service to meet their challenging and complex needs.
  • Support adults with a learning disability who are moving on or stepping down and require a focused skill building environment within the security of a 24 hours highly staff team whilst being part of the community.

Oakdene House is a younger adult service suitable for males and females aged 18+ and will vary in age groups dependent on the compatibility.

This service will provide:

  • 6 studio bedrooms with en-suites, 3 bedrooms on the ground floor and 3 further bedrooms on the first floor.
  • Large communal areas with a spacious lounge for relaxing, a dining area, large modern kitchen, laundry room and very large enclosed landscaped garden.

High Wycombe – Buckinghamshire

We are in the stage of developing a bespoke service in the heart of the local community that is close to many community facilities – education, leisure and sports, which are easily accessible by use of public transport and through walking, providing excellent community participation and skill enhancing opportunities.

The service is a specialist residential service and will provide support to:

  • Adults who may have a mild learning disability, mental health or complex needs.
  • Adults stepping down from hospital services who need a focused skill building environment within the security of a 24 hour, highly staffed registered service, whilst being part of the community.
  • Adults who have a history of placement breakdowns and require a specialist service.

This service will be suitable for male and females age 18 – 40 years

This service will provide:

  • 7 spacious studio bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom, sofa, table and chair
  • Additional shared communal lounge, diner and kitchen
  • Large enclosed landscaped garden
